Some things we liked include:

  • Thicker soft crust.
  • Fresh toppings.

More like a personal pizza than flatbread (typically thinner), but also more tasty and complex flavors.


Pairing Suggestions

A good wine to pair with a Margherita flatbread is a crisp white like Pinot Grigio or Gavi, or a light red such as Garnacha or Pinot Noir. These wines balance the acidity of tomatoes, the creaminess of mozzarella, and the herbal notes of basil without overpowering them.
